On a Sunday afternoon in 2019, in San Francisco, I walked downtown asking strangers a few questions. I wanted to understand how sensitive they were to environmental issues. What comes up is a bitter-sweet reality that must make us think: we know, sometimes very well, the current ecological problems, but awareness does not seem to be enough to make us change habits.
So how can we promote real and radical change?
