You train for years, with commitment, passion, sometimes even with enormous sacrifices. Then comes the day of the race, you take the field and you do not perform as you would have liked or as you could have .Did it happen to you too?
The reasons are many: it can be something unpredictable and out of your control, but more often, almost every time, the cause of our poor performance is a matter of technical or mental preparation.
Working with a Sports Coach means training the mental component of performance to find the alignment between your potential value (how much you are potentially worth) and the actual value (how much of the potential value you can express on the pitch or during the match).
Working with a Mental Optimizer means first of all defining a goal and drawing the path to follow to achieve it.

How do you start?
It all begins with an introductory phone call in which you tell me what led you to contact a coach, what you want to do better, differently, to stop doing or to start doing. In a second phase, based on our conversation, I suggest a path of mental optimization.
How long does a path last?
That’s what everybody wants to know. The answer is: it depends. It depends on your will, on how fast you are able to fulfill my requests. It also depends on myself and how skilled I am to understand your real needs and suggest the best path for you. It depends on us, how capable we are of working together, communicating and listening, because in the end it is like a dance.
How can we work together?
I prefer an online conversation, so the coaching sessions are all done remotely. It is the perfect way to meet the needs of athletes who are often performing around the world. However, I find it very useful to also see each other face to face, especially in the initial stages of the relationship where we need to create confidence and mutual trust. So, unless you live in Kathmandu or Bangalore, at least one in-person meeting is planned. In addiction to this, depending on what you do, we can schedule one or more sessions in the competition field or in preparation for competitions.
